Poch's pleine de grâce-Lézarts sur les Murs 2007

Chaque année, les circuits de visite des ateliers du 5ième et 13ième arr.sont ponctués par un artiste invité.
L'invite des Lézarts sur les Murs 2007 est Franck Duval.
Each year the circuit of  visits of artist workshops in the 5 th and 13th neighbourhood are ponctuated by an invited artist.

Je lui ais rencontrée pour la première fois à l'éspace des Blanx Manteaux à l'occassion 'Aux Arts Citoyens' où il utilisait une  technique de collage de rubans adhesives transparantes absolument unique.
Depuis il a crée une series de personnages attachantes en noir et blanc qui habillent les murs de Paris avec une certaine élégance..
I met him first at the 'Espace des Blanx Manteaux' at the occassion of 'Aux Arts Citoyens' where he used an absolutely unique technique of collage with transparent sticky tape.
Since he has created a series of endearing characters in black and white which clothe the walls of Paris with a certain elegance...

C'est avec grâce et légèreté que ses personnages adornent les murs autour de la rue Mouffetard et suivant le cours de la Bièvre jusqu'au Rungis au fin fond du 13ième arr......
It is with grace and lightness that his characters adorn the walls around rue Mouffetard and following the flow of the Bièvre until Rungis at the far end of th e13th arr.....

...et harmonisent avec les autres lézarts de rue...
..and harmonise with other 'lézarts' of the street....

....illuminent des endroits sombres..
...brighten up dark spaces...

...ou mettent un accent sombre quand il y a trop de couleurs..
...or put a somber accent when there is too much colour...
