I have a dream-Portuguese street Art-Lagos
it is summer and the street artists are out and about...dreaming ..fragile dreams ..
..of beautifying abandoned and neglected ruins along main roads busy with traffic..

...their approach is full of humour ..
..and pretty strange too...
